Following on from the huge success of Steel House, Arp Hansen hotels approached us for a second time to design Next House.
Next House is a market leading ‘poshtel’ in central Copenhagen offering high quality, accommodation at a surprisingly affordable price.
We have helped to transform what was a 1970s office building into a hip and highly functional series of spaces which comprise all of the common areas of the hostel.
These common areas include two roof terraces, cinema, bar, restaurant and bar area, sports arena, yoga room as well as reception/lobby area. Architecturally the space incorporates the proportions of the original building to create a clean and spacious feel which is brought to life with planting, well designed loose and fixed furniture, lighting, artwork and finishes.
