Established in 1997 in the heart of Copenhagen by Michelin starred chef Francis Cardenau and Sommeliers Erik Gemmel and Jesper Boelskifte, Le Sommelier is famed for its classic French cuisine and incredible wine and champagne list. Our challenge was to create a new Le Sommelier interior whilst preserving the intimacy, familiarity and welcoming atmosphere of this much loved Copenhagen restaurant.
