Having designed a number restaurants and bars at CPH, we were asked by the airport to create a masterplan for a new F&B area in the Terminal 2 extension. We created a distinct interior and architectural identity for the area capturing the informality and vibrance of an urban neighbourhood. The result is a bustling and commercially successful food hall recognised by the airport industry as the Best Airport Food Hall in Europe at
the annual FAB awards.
