In 2008 we were appointed by Copenhagen Concepts as designers for their MASH Modern American Steak House concept. Following the completion and commercial success of the first restaurant on Bredgade, Copenhagen in 2009, we have since developed and completed eight MASH restaurants in Denmark, Germany and the U.K. The diversity of each location required a distinctive approach to design.
MASH London opened in November 2012 on Brewer Street in the heart of Soho. Located within the listed 1930’s art deco interior of the former carvery in the Regents Palace Hotel our challenge was to design an interior, staircase and lobby which was in sympathy with the landmark building. The restaurant has over 330 covers across the dining room, bar and private dining spaces.
