We have had a long standing relationship with SSP in the UK and the Nordic region. Most recently we have been working with the UK team to help create and and develop bespoke brands for airports. One of them is the Juniper family. Juniper is a champagne and wine bar concept with a focus on locally-sourced ingredients and an elegant interiors. Green tiling, brass detailing and timber flooring have all been used to convey a classic, British look and feel. Each new venue is localised to each airport as required, each member of the Juniper family having similar brand DNA but a name and features that make them all a little different. The family now includes: Aster & Thyme at Newcastle Airport, Sable & Co at Liverpool Airport, Evergreen at Manchester Airport and Elder & Co at Leeds Bradford.
