Our hotel design and hospitality projects have covered the planning and design of all aspects including; public areas, restaurants and bars, rooms and leisure facilities.
Successful hotels are no longer simply places to stay—they are destinations where guests choose to meet, dine, work and socialise. Our hospitality design approach reflects this changing landscape, creating vibrant spaces that attract both staying guests and non staying guests while enhancing operational performance and strengthening brand identity.
Our work ranges from developing concepts such as the rooftop bar concept for Hilton to be rolled out across the EMEA region according to brand and construction guidelines we have produced right through to full hotel refurbishment, like the work we completed at Aloft, London covering the design of the public areas, restaurant, rooms and exterior.
With all the hotel design projects that we undertake our focus is on ensuring that we deliver environments for our clients which ensure that guests have the best possible stay.
We have worked with large and smaller hotels to allow them to rethink the role of their public spaces. Designing flexibility into these spaces is a great way to make the best use of these spaces. The lobby becomes more than a junction for arrivals and departures but also a place to dwell, to eat and drink, to work, to socialise and for events. Different and often overlapping roles at different times of the day. Through space planning, zoning, furniture choices, lighting, these spaces can be designed to create vibrant, coherent public spaces.
Attracting and maximising revenue from non staying guests can prove to be a wise strategy. Over recent years there has been a blurring of boundaries between private and public spaces. In the hotel sector this has come as a result of public spaces being designed to be open, welcoming and connected with their surroundings.
