Hithes is located at London City Airport and opened in July 2024, Hithes gets its inspiration from the food markets of London, both historical and modern. Hithes is a classic London Eatery which provides travellers with a real showcase of modern British cuisine and the best of London produce. Hithes offers travellers and elegant but casual dining experience with a premium feel, in keeping with the positioning of the airport. The design was in many ways influenced by the gastro pubs of london with oak panelling and timber floors. The space features a stunning mosaic mural, a copy of a work by british artist; Edward Bawden. Blue tiling near the entrance helps the unit to stand out and provides a more contemporary feel.
